New York — The Bazzèo cabinet box is made from 100 percent recycled as well as recovered wood fiber particleboard, a certified Environmentally Preferable Product (EPP), with a water-based, no-added urea-formaldehyde resin.

The doors and drawer fronts as well as all paneling are created using a core material made from compressed wheatgrass. Like the box material the wheatgrass doors are held together using a non-toxic water-based resin. The doors are then covered with reconstituted wood veneer in Oak, Rosewood, Teak, Walnut, Wenge or Zebra. The doors are finished using a water-based, non-toxic stain or sealer to the client’s specification.

Green Features:
  • EPP Certified Recycled Furniture Board Carcase
  • no added urea-formaldehyde
  • 100 percent recycled and/or recovered wood fiber
  • Reconstituted Veneer over a ¾-inch Micro-Stand Wheat Board Substrate
  • All raw materials are toxic free, renewable and exceed all USGBC standards.
  • Manufacturing waste and cuttings are recycled or reused.
  • Non-Toxic Water Based Lacquer Finishes are applied under environmentally controlled conditions.
  • All natural wood finishes and veneers are from renewable resources.
