DALLAS - Overhead Door Corporation, the nation’s leading manufacturer of overhead doors and openers for residential, commercial and industrial construction applications, announced the introduction of the EcoBuilt product line.  This product line features two new garage door collections, The Verde Collection and the Traditional Panel Collection.  These doors are now available through Overhead Door’s nationwide network of Ribbon distributors.  The EcoBuilt product line is a result of Overhead Door recently acquiring ANKMAR assets.  These two new door collections from Overhead Door enhance its product offerings to include a line that is naturally beautiful, environmentally friendly and durable.

Offering the look and feel of handcrafted wood, The Verde Collection features four styles: Yosemite, Acadia, Presidio and Tahoe, available in a variety of patterns and with several window and decorative hardware options.  The Verde Collection doors feature steel integrated meeting rails and can be purchased with or without insulation.

The New Traditional Panel Collection features a clean look with distinctive raised panel or flush door designs.  The collection offers four panel designs: Smooth, Woodgrain, Long and Flush, giving customers numerous customization options.  An optional insulation package can be added for optimal energy efficiency.

EcoBuilt garage door panels are SCS (Scientific Certification Systems) certified to use a minimum of 88 percent recycled content and outperform wood in tests of weather and time, resisting splitting, warping, cracking and bending.  They are easy to install and come prepped for painting, eliminating the need for exterior priming.
