Roslyn, Wash.– The Built Green Home at Suncadia will be the first resort showcase home to be certified at the 5-Star Built Green level, and will include Built Green components, such as site development, energy efficiency, health and air quality, construction efficiencies and materials. The project will have limited site disturbance, on-site infiltration, and will use pervious pavers and drought-tolerant native vegetation. It will have geothermal heating, radiant floor heating, fluorescent lighting, ENERGY STAR appliances and light fixtures, as well as higher insulation values.
This showcase home is the first resort property of its kind to be developed that demonstrates the building practices promoted by the Built Green program.
